I was looking at FirstDibz and yoonew today and have a few friends that are Alabama fans. I told them that they can buy an option for Alabama on FirstDibz and pay the face value after if they make it or buy a Fantasy or Matchup Seat on yoonew for them as well.
I’m not going to get into where to buy and all that other stuff. That’s up to you folks out there.
But what I will say is buy Alabama on both of these sites as an investment.
Currently, Alabama options on FirstDibz are $120.00 which is a steal considering by the time they are at the SEC Championship game they should at least be $200.00 or close to that enough where with fees, you can sell off if scared and make a slight profit. Who cares about the ticket? Not me. I’m solely in it to sell it back once I see Alabama whipping Florida’s butt. Once you know that’s pretty much a gimme, you will be selling off that option for close to 4 or 500.00. Nice money huh?
Same goes for yoonew, but with a different strategy. On yoonew, you can go on there right now and buy a “Matchup Fantasy Seat” with Alabama in Category H against Texas at 53.00 and Oklahoma at 68.00 which equals 121.00 total. I say to buy these contracts because I’m “banking” on Oklahoma giving Texas Tech a good ole fashioned Big 12 whoopin in Norman this weekend.
When that happens, the stock of Alabama vs Oklahoma will immediately appreciate. Texas Tech will basically be out of it at that point that’s why its so risky to invest in them in my opinion. If they win, their basically in as well unless they lose to Mizzou or something in the Big 12 title game. It’s your call but I suggest you follow my advice.
So, buy the Oklahoma vs Alabama stock now, sell right after they win as they have a tough game against Okla State the following week, and hold on to Texas vs Alabama. Then you watch the Oklahoma State vs Oklahoma game with your dear life the next weekend and do some in-game trading on it. If Oklahoma State goes up at any point by a substantial margin, your Texas stock will appreciate and you can either hold and wait for the Big 12 title game, or sell. It’s up to you.
That is my advice folks.
