The Sports Stock Trader Bet Of The Day.

I disappointed you guys with the Bulls last night +7. They got killed by the Blazers 116-74. Ouch.

Tonight i’m sticking with the NBA. I started with 50 bucks and 4 days of betting still has me there after splitting my games.

Detroit Pistons +7 at the Boston Garden tonight.

When they lost to the Pistons last week, they did not have Rodney Stuckey. Tonight, they will and they are now starting to play better with A.I.

My Oneseason.Com Dwayne Wade Stock

Posted in Oneseason.com with tags , on November 20, 2008 by HEYJIM

Man, I still have 5.00 to spend of my free $10.00 credit, but my Dwayne Wade stock has plummeted. I bought in at 5.07 and now its at like 1.40. Sucks right? Well, I just need to learn about how the website works more. I thought it based off performance, but it cant be based off that because mostly everyone would be in front especially with the players currently on the site.

I’m going to study oneseason night and day and learn how to use it and then deposit a few bucks.

Why you have to buy Alabama.

Posted in First Dibz, yoonew with tags , , , , on November 18, 2008 by HEYJIM

I was looking at FirstDibz and yoonew today and have a few friends that are Alabama fans. I told them that they can buy an option for Alabama on FirstDibz and pay the face value after if they make it or buy a Fantasy or Matchup Seat on yoonew for them as well.

I’m not going to get into where to buy and all that other stuff. That’s up to you folks out there.

But what I will say is buy Alabama on both of these sites as an investment.

Currently, Alabama options on FirstDibz are $120.00 which is a steal considering by the time they are at the SEC Championship game they should at least be $200.00 or close to that enough where with fees, you can sell off if scared and make a slight profit. Who cares about the ticket? Not me. I’m solely in it to sell it back once I see Alabama whipping Florida’s butt. Once you know that’s pretty much a gimme, you will be selling off that option for close to 4 or 500.00. Nice money huh?

Same goes for yoonew, but with a different strategy. On yoonew, you can go on there right now and buy a “Matchup Fantasy Seat” with Alabama in Category H against Texas at 53.00 and Oklahoma at 68.00 which equals 121.00 total. I say to buy these contracts because I’m “banking” on Oklahoma giving Texas Tech a good ole fashioned Big 12 whoopin in Norman this weekend.

When that happens, the stock of Alabama vs Oklahoma will immediately appreciate.  Texas Tech will basically be out of it at that point that’s why its so risky to invest in them in my opinion. If they win, their basically in as well unless they lose to Mizzou or something in the Big 12 title game.  It’s your call but I suggest you follow my advice.

So, buy the Oklahoma vs Alabama stock now, sell right after they win as they have a tough game against Okla State the following week, and hold on to Texas vs Alabama. Then you watch the Oklahoma State vs Oklahoma game with your dear life the next weekend and do some in-game trading on it. If Oklahoma State goes up at any point by a substantial margin, your Texas stock will appreciate and you can either hold and wait for the Big 12 title game, or sell. It’s up to you.

That is my advice folks.

I’m Back…

I’m sorry for being gone for so long folks. I’ve been so busy with work, but I will be back on here everyday giving my pick of the day and my adventures in the sports trading world on firstdibz, yoonew, and oneseason which are all cool in their own way and different.

My first buy on OneSeason.Com

I finally joined oneseason.com as I’ve seen many features on them in recent days. I signed up and received a free $10.00 and initially invested it in Dwayne Wade. I went to their forums, looked at their information sites and tried to learn as much as I could. I’m still a bit unsure of how to exaclty make money on the site, but I do know it sits on a supply and demand premise.

I invested in Dwayne Wade at about 4.90. I just bought 1 share. Still looking to learn more before I let go of my other 5.10.

Keep checking into the blog because I will continue to update you on my betting portfolio, yoonew portfolio, firstdibz, and oneseason.

The Sports Stock Trader Bet of the Day: New York Knicks +5.5.

Posted in Daily Gambling Pick, Pinnaclebets, VIP on November 7, 2008 by HEYJIM

I’ve been away for a week now. Had to take some personal time off to develop an overall strategy for my blog.

Well, I’m back and back for good now. You can expect me everyday with new news on how my betting adventures are coming along, as well as my sports stock, futures, and options trading on sites like Oneseason, yoonew, and firstdibz where I have made almost as much money on as at my regular job.

If you remember, I started off with a $100.00 bankroll in betting. I wagered $50.00 on the Bucks to cover against the Bulls on opening day +6 and they went down in blowout fashion.

My next $25.00 is going to an even riskier team: the New York Knicks.

The Washington Wizards are playing at home and are favored by -5.5, but they have been playing horribly and the whole D.C. area has been calling for the head of coach Eddie Jordan. I expect the Knicks to score on pace with the Wizards and lose a close one. The Wizards may have won 13 of 16 at home, but the heartache of losing to Cleveland for a third straight year will last for a while.

25.00 TO WIN 27.50.

Chicago Bulls v Milwaukee Bucks.

The NBA season is underway and I like Michael Redd and the Milwaukee Bucks to cover +6 and win in Scott Skiles return to Chicago.

The Bucks are a ridiculously bad defensive team, but with Skiles deep knowledge of his former Bulls roster, and his players motivated to get him the win, I can’t see the Bucks losing.

I’m starting my NBA bank this season with $100.00.  I pretty much only do straight-up bets.

Milwaukee Bucks +6 = 50.00 to win 55.00. Remaining balance: 50.00.

Come back tomorrow to check out whether I won or lost.

The Colts fooled me and lost me $80.00; the Titans made me believers.

Posted in yoonew on October 28, 2008 by HEYJIM

A few weeks ago, before the Colts vs Ravens game in Indianapolis, I felt like the Colts were an undervalued investment. I felt they were better than everyone thought they were and decided to invest some of my winnings on yoonew into them.

I invested in the Colts at $320.00. With fees, it came out to around $340-345.00 total. A little pricey, but I felt it was a solid investment. By the end of that Ravens game, the Colts went up to $380.00. Their highest bid price since the beginning of the season when they were such a heavy favorite along with New England and San Diego.

But I wasn’t going to cash out then because I was still a believer and it didn’t make sense as I would essentially break even. I was worried about the pending games against Green Bay and Tennessee. My instincts were right. They got routed in GB, and now I’m watching them get destroyed by Tennessee in what was a close game entering the 4th quarter.

Personally, I’ve had enough – I got out of my Colts stock and took my loss and sold for 284 minus 22.00 in fees which brought it down to $262.00. I lost a total of $80.00. It doesn’t hurt me, because I made some smart buys in recently  in BCS and baseball, but still, it hurts when you believe in a team and they betray you.

I applaud the Titans. I didn’t believe in you guys and now I do. I wish I would’ve believed in you guys at the beginning, because I could’ve brought all my XMAS gifts with the money from you.
